The Marble Outpost Lodge, located on the western edge of the town of Marble, features two 2-bedroom apartments with spacious balconies, lovely views, and stately 80-foot ponderosa pines. Situated just 200 yards from the Crystal River and facing the cliffs and pines of Mill Mountain, the Marble Outpost is perfect for families, couples, and small groups. Completely renovated in 2001, the lodge is peaceful, quiet, and private.
Muse over the day on the Outpost's porch The apartments are each approximately 750 square feet, featuring a master bedroom with a comfortable log queen bed, a smaller bedroom with a log bunkbed, and a pull-out futon in the living area that can sleep two. The apartments sleep four very comfortably. Each apartment has a full kitchen with all utensils for cooking. One apartment has a full bath with shower, the other a shower. The units connect through a privacy door for larger groups. The back deck is spacious, with plenty of room for grilling or relaxing. The lodge is equipped with TV and DVD. The Marble Outpost features airy open-beam ceilings, original photographs by professional photographer Gary Hubbell, beautiful Western-themed dishes, and gorgeous hand-made quilts.
Relax in comfort at the Marble Outpost. The lodge is a 2-minute walk to the Marble/marble sculptor’s symposium and the Marble Millsite Park. Hiking trails, biking trails, flyfishing access, Beaver Lake, horseback riding, and the Marble airstrip are all within minutes of the Marble Outpost. The apartments at the Marble Outpost Lodge rent for $165 per night during the summer and $125 per night during the winter. Guests who book for 6 nights receive a 10% discount. |
