Woody and Jane Norton, Owner Operators, have been in the Marble area since 2001, moving here from Gainesville Florida. Woody is a certified chef De Cuisine, having graduated top of the class after two full years in culinary school, with 20 years of restaurant experience.

Our Goal in the restaurant and catering business is to provide the best possible food quality and top shelf service to our customers. All Meats are Dry-Rub Marinated 48 hours before smoking, utilizing all local fruit and hardwoods. We offer fresh, local produce and meat options when available, and also promote green, earth friendly products as well. We also create homemade side dishes when possible.

Our restaurant is located in majestic Marble Colorado. We are open seasonally, offering a scenic dinning environment, and is our base for a full line of catering. We look forward to serving the best meal we can possibly provide.
